Using ‘Rent by Rouche’ rental service can be done in a few simple steps:

1 // SHOP: Choose your item to rent from ‘Rent by Rouche’.

2 // DATE: Use the calendar to choose the date you wish to rent your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item.

3 // ORDER: Place your order and proceed to checkout. A full deposit must be placed upon booking your rental.

Deposits are non-refundable. Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.

4 // WEAR: Wear and enjoy your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item.  

5 // RETURN: Return your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item the next business day following your event. If you have chosen 'Collect in Store' as an option - deliver back to Rouche.

OR ...If you selected 'Shipping' - Use the prepaid return bag to return your item - simply drop your package to any New Zealand Post Shop. This must be done by 2pm that day. Please ensure that you package is scanned by a Post Office assistant.
