Delivery & Returns

Please ensure that you will be home to receive your purchase as signatures are required for all packages. It is important to note that Rouche does not post to PO Box addresses. An alternative could be that you ask to have your package sent to a work address.

Punctuality of item arrival is merely an indication and Rouche will not be held accountable for unusually long postage periods. Please be aware to factor in that items will only be posted on working days and that if you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday, your order will not be processed until the next working day. Cancellations are not permitted for orders that arrive later than expected.

As well as shipping confirmation e-mail, you will also receive a receipt in the mail outlining your purchase. It is important to keep note of your receipt number in case the item is faulty or you change your mind and the need arises to return it.



In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Rouche will either replace or refund the item. However, if the item can be traced to have arrived at it’s final destination, Rouche is  not liable for it.



Whilst Rouche does it’s utmost to ensure stock levels are correspondent with those indicated online, it may unlikely be that a mistake is made and the item you purchase is not in stock. In this case, you will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.




Returns are permitted for change-of-mind items.  This must however be done with ten days from the day on which the item is received. All purchases become final within ten days of receiving the package. Clothes must be unworn with all original tags still attached. It is crucial that Rouche is contacted in advance and made aware of the return. You will be credited using the DPS Payment Express or PayPal service within five working days upon return of the item(s). All sale purchases are final and are eligible only for exchange, not return, unless faulty.  In the case of receiving a faulty sales item, returns will be handled in the same manner as for non-sale items.  The lower price has no effect on shipping costs and the table as illustrated in the section ‘Shipping’ will apply.



We endeavour to produce items of the highest quality. It should be realized though that on occasions, faults could occur.  If we are unable to repair the item or replace it, you will be credited the original costs including postage. However, if any import duty, customs fees and levies were charged, these are not refundable.



Contact for any returns. Contact must be made within ten days of you receiving the item. It is also within this ten day window that you are responsible for posting the item. Return items must be sent at your own expense and track and trace postage must be used. Rouche insists upon being made aware of the track and trace reference number.  Parcels must also be insured at your own expense as Rouche accepts no liability for lost or post-damaged items.
