STEP BY STEP 

Using ‘Rent by Rouche’ rental service can be done in a few simple steps: 

1 // SHOP: Choose your item to rent from ‘Rent by Rouche’.

2 // DATE: Use the calendar to choose the date you wish to rent your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item.

3 // ORDER: Place your order and proceed to checkout. A full deposit must be placed upon booking your rental. 
Deposits are non-refundable. Payment can be made via PayPal or Credit Card.

4 // WEAR: Wear and enjoy your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item.  

5 // RETURN: Return your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item the next business day following your event. Use the prepaid return bag to return your item. Simply drop your package to any New Zealand Post Shop. This must be done by 2pm that day. Please ensure that you package is scanned by a Post Office assistant.

Alternatively, if you are based in Christchurch, you can drop your ‘Rent by Rouche’ item to:

 

Rouche, Shop 6B, Merivale Mall, 189 Papanui Road, Merivale 8014, Christchurch.

We require that all garments be returned in the same condition that you received the item in. 

If the dress is stained or damaged, you will be held accountable for professional cleaning and/or repair fees. Dry-cleaning fees start at $20. 

If the rental is not returned on the first working day, each additional day will incur a $40 late fee charged to your credit card / Pay Pal Account.
